The formation, improvement and specialization of the research personnel are one of the basic objectives of the Institute of Macedonian Literature. The qualification of the cadre at this moment, valued through the obtained academic and professional titles and through the extensive research production, confirm that for the most part the Institute has lead a solid cadre politics.
20 employees have regular employment contract with the Institute of Macedonian Literature, amongst which 16 are research fellows, namely 15 Ph.D. (amongst whom 7 Research Councillors, 4 Senior Research Fellows and 4 Research Fellows), 1 M.A. (Research Assistant) along with 4 administrative-technical employees.
The research fellows have completed numerous research stays and participated in various conferences, symposiums, workshops in the country and abroad. This is one of the most noteworthy activities for the development and the specialization of our research fellows, their personal affirmation and at the same time affirmation of the research institution and the Macedonian literary science in the world. In addition, they present their research results in books, collections of research papers, professional and scientific magazines in the country and abroad.
The accomplishments of normative-legal, financial-accounting and other professional and administrative-technical activities are done by 4 individual executors.
